DPT Admissions

PTCAS (Physical Therapy Centralized Application Service) will open for data entry on July 15, 2009. The deadline for the first round of applications will be December 1, 2009. The deadline for the second round will be January 15, 2010. Applicants are encouraged to make every attempt to meet the first deadline. Please anticipate at least 35 days after each deadline before you will receive any information relating to your acceptance. Please ensure that your PTCAS application portfolio is complete.

****OPEN HOUSE FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS****

The Division of Physical Therapy will hold an open house for students who are applying to the DPT program in the 2009-2010 admissions cycle. The event will be held Friday, October 9, 2009 from 4 to 6 pm in the Fukushima Auditorium, First Floor, Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center. DPT Admissions Committee members will present information on the WVU DPT program and the admissions process. Applicants will have an opportunity to meet program faculty, to ask questions, and to hear from current students. The event is intended for both WVU and non-WVU students.
