Immediate Opening: West Virginia University, Department of Medicine, Section of Cardiology has an outstanding hybrid opportunity for an open-ranked BE /BC Cardiologist interested in research and medical education, coupled with a clinical practice in an efficient community setting in Elkins, West Virginia. The clinical practice will be based primarily at a premier community hospital with responsibilities including patient care, teaching, and a supportive environment for research. The WVU Department of Medicine, Section of Cardiology has approved fellowship programs in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
The Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center has a full complement of academic programs in the clinical and basic sciences, and offers a collaborative academic atmosphere conducive to professional growth.
