The Department of OBGYN at West Virginia University School of Medicine is undergoing expansion and invites candidates for Maternal-Fetal Medicine faculty members.
Qualified applicants should have completed a board approved fellowship program and/or be certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Interest in patient care and teaching are essential. Research interests and/or capabilities would be an advantage.
There is an outreach obstetrical program supporting over 20 hospitals in the region, an active maternal transport and a MFM consulting service that performs its own ultrasound.
WVU Hospital has advanced radiology resources and comprehensive pediatric service including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, endocrinology, hematology/oncology, nephrology, neurology, and neurosurgery.
Morgantown, WV offers culturally diverse, large city amenities located within a family setting. We are located just over 1 hour south of Pittsburgh and 3 ½ hours from both Washington D.C. and Baltimore, MD.
