Pediatric Cardiologist |
The Division of Pediatric Cardiology in the Department of Pediatrics at West Virginia University School of Medicine is seeking applicants for a full time academic echocardiographer to join our practice. The successful candidate will be board certified/eligible in pediatric cardiology with expertise in the field of echocardiography. Experience with transesophageal and/or fetal echocardiography is desired. The Division of Pediatric Cardiology includes 6 full time pediatric cardiologists. We currently have specialists in the areas of interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, fetal echocardiography, echocardiography and preventive cardiology.
WVU Children’s Hospital is a tertiary care center for the state of West Virginia, Western Maryland, Southwestern Pennsylvania, as well as Southeastern Ohio. We have the only Cardiothoracic surgery program in the state and we offer surgical interventions for the full range of congenital heart defects.
Morgantown, West Virginia is a university town nestled in the foothills of the Appalachians, 70 miles south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
