The Department of Radiology at West Virginia University School of Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a
Musculoskeletal Radiologist with special interest in Musculoskeletal MRI. The opportunity is available for a qualified
Radiologist with fellowship training, or equivalent experience and American Board of Radiology certification.
The WVU Department of Radiology is a leader in electronic imaging with all examinations in the diagnostic section acquired
digitally and accessed via a GE PACS system. The CT services have two new GE light-speed helical scanners. The Advanced
Imaging Center has a Siemens Biograph 16 PET-CT Scanner, a GE Signa 1.5T MR, a GE 1.5T twin-speed MRI, a Siemens 1.5T Avanto MR, and a GE 3T MR. With 29
neuro, interventional and general radiologists, the department has an outstanding reputation for excellence in teaching,
graduating a cadre of physicians every year, thus creating an excellent opportunity for research and teaching.
