Why WVU? When I came for my interview I was really impressed with the amount of money being put into the program’s infrastructure. WVU wasn’t my first choice when I looked at it on paper, but once I was here I just really liked it.

Biggest surprise? I was surprised at how big WVU is and how much is going on around campus – WVU is truly the state’s flagship university.

So far I’ve… learned so much about the possibilities and applications of nanotechnology through the School’s programs.

When I’m not in class or studying… I enjoy golfing and playing basketball at the Rec Center with the other grad students.
