Research

The School of Medicine is actively involved in basic science and clinical research. We offer graduate degree programs in several disciplines. There are several research centers that focus on areas of importance to the state and nation including heart disease, lung biology, diabetes & obesity, cancer, and immunology/cell biology.

We also offer combined degree programs with MD/PhD and MD/MPH.
