Chris Martin is a Assistant Professor and the Residency Director of the IOEH occupational medicine training program. He holds specialty credentials in occupational medicine in the United States and Canada. Prior to joining the IOEH in July 1999, he completed training at the University of Alberta, where he also obtained an MSc degree in Environmental Health. His interests include training medical students, practicing physicians, and residents in occupational and environmental medicine. He also has research interests in the toxicology of metals.
