The Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center at West Virginia University is a comprehensive institution with a full range of undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs to prepare you for a future in the fields of science and health. Four schools comprise the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center: Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy. With more than 1,700 students enrolled in programs at the Health Sciences Center, a camaraderie exists amongst WVU students that creates an environment where you may freely share ideas and interests.
