NOTICES:
CHRISTIAN HELP: We received a thank you note from Christian Help to al the medical students who volunteered their time and energy for their annual Toy Give Away. The notice is posted in our Office.

SUMMER FELLOWSHIP: Rutgers Center of Alcohol Studies has two, one week fellowhips on alcohol and drug studies available this summer. Fellowship monies cover tuition, room, meals and a small stipend for travel and expenses. Further information is available in our Office.

SOLE ACCOUNT CLEANUP: SOLE accounts which are inactive, or have not been used within the last 12 months, will gradually be disabled and then deleted during the next few months. If your account incorrectly disappears, you can easily request another account. Link to "Request a SOLE account" on the right-hand side of SOLE's main page. When you fill out that form, Academic Technology will create a new SOLE account. If you already have an account, Academic Technology will help you log in successfully.

EVENTS:
AOA ANNUAL ADDRESS: Friday, March 28, 2003, 4:00 pm, WVU Auditorium Charleston Campus. Title of Address: "Never Grow UP" (aka-why did I get into this?) presented by Shawn Chillag, MD former Charleston Division Department of Medicine Chairman. Address is open to all faculty, residents, students and staff who want to attend.

KAPLAN DELAYED PAYMENT CHECKS: All Kaplan payments held for January processing having been submitted to University Health Associates.

MS 1/Class of 2006:
MS1 SNOWBALL: Saturday, February 15, 2003 at Lakeview Resort, Chestnut Rooms, Reception begins at 6:30 p.m. dinner at 7:30, dance at 9:00 p.m. with Loray Robinson from WVAQ. Make check payable to UHA - $15.00 per person and must be received no later than Wed., Feb. 12. Also, if you are planning to attend - you must RSVP on the demographic page!

MSI FIELD TRIP: Friday, March 14, 2003, depart on buses from the Coliseum Blue Gate at 7:30 a.m. If you are planning on driving - please note that there is limited parking. Also, you must let Carol Kurcaba by know that you plan on driving and/or going down with someone, please email Carol at ckurcaba@hsc.wvu.edu. If you change you mind and decide to take the bus - Carol will also need that information as well. We need to know who will be riding the bus so we don't forget someone.

June 14 - 20, 2003, Cedar Lakes, WV (near Ripley, WV) Great opportunity for students majoring in PT, OT, Education, Nursing, Medicine, Rec Therapy & Rehab. You must be available the entire week and have an interest in learning and growing by helping others, and be able to work hard and have fun at the same time! No experience is required. Interested? MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY CAMP: The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) is preparing for its summer camp sessions for the year 2003. MDA is now recruiting volunteers for their services as camp counselors. The 2003 MDA Summer Camp will be held at Cedar Lakes in Ripley, WV from June 22-27. See attached.
