MSPE MEETINGS: Dr. Griffith will meet with you regarding your CV and Personal Statement beginning the end of August and continuing through September. Tuesday and Friday afternoons are available. If you will be out of town on rotations you may schedule a phone meeting. Contact Student Services to make your appointment.
COMPLETION OF ACADEMIC FILES AND TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS FOR ERAS: The MS3 Clerkship Departments are still completing the grading process as well as their HONORS designation process. We will notify you when all is done and complete transcripts can be ordered for ERAS.

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION FOR ERAS: Must be sent to the Eastern Division, Office of Student Services, 2500 Foundation Way, Martinsburg, WV 25401
UPDATED HEALTH CARDS: Can be picked up from the Student Services Office or mailed. Please let us know your preference.
REMINDER: Please remember to stay in touch with the Student Services Office while you are on your MS4 rotations. You are responsible for making sure that your evaluations are sent in. Please keep a copy of your evaluation form on your computer.

Phillips, II, Professor of Neurology, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA. Director, Neuromuscular Center and Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinic, UVA. Students encouraged to attend.

CUSHING STUDENTS: EMR training at the VA is scheduled for the day that you will be attending your first day of Psych. at the VA. Remember to bring your ID badges.

SCAVENGER HUNT PAPERS: Due this Friday, July 24.
Community Service Opportunities:
RHEP COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS: 5 students needed to participate in Project Impact. Testing for this begins in 7 area high schools beginning August 3, 2009. Please contact Jane Horst or Vanessa Linger (304-264-9202, ext. 6306) to volunteer. The following schools need a student representative: Jefferson and Washington High Schools in Jefferson County and Hedgesville, Musselman and Martinsburg Highs in Berkeley County. If you are interested in working on this project, please let us know this Friday, July 24 so that you can participate in the pre-season testing.
