College Students

Pre-nursing students: A completed application must be received by February 1st of the year the candidate wishes to be admitted.  This application can be obtained after December 1st from the Health Sciences Center Office of Admissions & Records via mail by calling (304) 293-3521, stop by in person at 1170 WVU Health Sciences Center North, or by clicking the link below for Health Sciences Admission.
