RN to MSN Program Application Process
The following criteria must be met for regular admission to
graduate study in the WVU School of Nursing: |

Complete two application forms as indicated below and return to the appropriate offices by the deadline. |

A. |
Application for Admission to Graduate Studies (or available at Admissions & Records; (304) 293-3521). To be returned with a non-refundable service fee to: Office of Admissions and Records, West Virginia University, P.O. Box 6009, Morgantown, WV 26506-6009. |

B. |
Application for Admission to Graduate Study in the School of Nursing (available from Student Services Office in the School of Nursing or School of Nursing Charleston Division offices). Students should be certain that all materials are sent to the appropriate office. WVU School of Nursing, Student Services Office, P.O. Request an official transcript of records from each college or university attended. Transcripts and records should be sent directly from the institution to: WVU Office of Admissions and Records, P.O. Submit GRE scores, if required. |
