please consider attending one of the Quit Smoking Workshops - The Translational Tobacco Reduction Research (T2R2) Program is offering a ‘Quit Tobacco Workshop’. This one-time, 3-hour session will be conducted by trained smoking cessation facilitators. The Workshop is free, and open to all HSC, WVUH, and UHA faculty and staff, and students on the HSC campus. The workshops will be offered on the following dates during the fall semester: January 10, 2008, 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM (lunch will be provided) and January 15, 2008, 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM, (dinner will be provided). We continue to raise funds for the Humane Society – The small pc cartridges we are donating are worth around $1 and the large cartridges bring in $4 each – This continues to be a worthwhile project, saving the animals and the landfill as well. The Humane Society truly appreciates your efforts! This is a year round project! We just turned in another 80 cartridges! Great job – keep them coming – unfortunately, the need never goes away!
