BSN FALL SCHEDULES:
Nursing course schedules and clinical rotations for Junior and Senior basic BSN and BS/BA to BSN students are posted on the Student Services bulletin board.  You will be registered by Student Services for all nursing courses except NSG 476, Nursing Research.  Seniors can register for NSG 476 in either the Fall or Spring semesters.  STAT 211 is a pre- or co-requisite for NSG 476.

PALLIATIVE CARE COURSE OFFERED FOR FALL:
NSG 482, Palliative Care Basics, is a two credit elective covering issues related to end of life care beyond the introductions provided in the sophomore, pediatric, and ethics classes. No matter what area of nursing you are considering, dealing effectively with end of life issues with patients and their families is a necessary skill. The course meets for two hours each week on Wednesdays from 5 - 6:50 and requires junior standing in nursing. See Cindy Drenning if you have questions regarding this course.

COLLECTING SCRUBS AND DRESS CLOTHING:
Once again, Christian Help has asked the School to participate in a clothing drive to collect nursing scrubs and shoes and dress clothing for women just entering the work force.  Donations can be dropped off in the box in the front of Health Restoration through the end of March.

STUDENT LOAN CONSOLIDATION PROGRAM:
A program to explain recent legislative changes that will limit a student's ability to consolidate student loans will be held April 6th at noon in the Hostler Auditorium. All student loan borrowers are encouraged to attend. Lunch will be provided by Education Loan Management.
