Scholarship for newly admitted BS/BA to BSN students

Five $10,000.00 scholarships available for 2010 to eligible* students admitted to the May 2010 cohort of the WVU ACCELERATED, SECOND BACHELORS DEGREE IN NURSING, the BS/BA to BSN program!!!

• If you are from an underrepresented/disadvantaged group* and you are admitted to the BS/BA to BSN program’s May 2010 cohort, you may be eligible to receive one of these scholarships.
• Application period runs from September 1 to December 1.
• The program begins in May and is designed to be completed in 18 months of continuous enrollment.

*Defined for this scholarship as Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian/Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Males, Low Income, Financially Disadvantaged, First Generation College Student, or Rural. Qualified BS/BA to BSN applicants, who are admitted to the program, will be invited to apply for this scholarship through a separate process.
