Jonathan Kline, PharmD Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy WVU Robert C. Byrd - Health Sciences Center - Eastern Division BIOSKETCH Dr. Kline joined the School of Pharmacy as a Clinical Assistant Professor in 2007. He is located in the Eastern Division campus located in Martinsburg, WV. His practice site is with the WVU Harpers Ferry Family Medicine Clinic and involves anticoagulation services and diabetes education at the clinic as well as rounding duties with their service at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Kline also directs the clinic’s Patient Assistance Program and ADA recognized Diabetes Self Management Education program. Additionally, he has a joint appointment with the School of Medicine and the Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Kline is involved with the education of pharmacy students both in the classroom and on APPE rotations. Additionally, he teaches medical students and family medicine residents and serves as a Rural Health Education Partnerships (RHEP) field faculty. Statewide Dr. Kline serves on the RHEP faculty development committee and on the faculty on the Advanced Geriatrics Educators Skills Certification course.
