Practice Area:

I currently practice at the Rite Aid Pharmacy Care Center in Grafton,WV. The Center maintains an ADA Recognized diabetes education program. In addition, other patient education programs focus on hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, smoking cessation, and weight management. I also serve as Director for the ASHP and APhA Accredited WVU-Rite Aid Community Pharmacy Practice Residency Program.

Other Service:

Co-facilitator, Taylor County Diabetes Support Group
Regularly assist in WVU Extension Services Programs for "Dining with Diabetes"

Clinical Pharmacy Research

Currently, I am serving as a co-investigator for a project entitled, "Promoting Colorectal Cancer Awareness and Screening in a Rural Community Pharmacy Practice Setting." My past research has focused on the use and understanding of labeling for herbal products.
