Education: Virginia Commonwealth University, Community Pharmacy Practice Residency I currently practice at the Rite Aid Pharmacy Care Center in Grafton,WV. The Center maintains an ADA Recognized diabetes education program. In addition, other patient education programs focus on hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, smoking cessation, and weight management. I also serve as Director for the ASHP and APhA Accredited WVU-Rite Aid Community Pharmacy Practice Residency Program.
