Policy on Academic & Professional Standards Governing the Doctor of Pharmacy Degree Program

This Web page contains the link to the Academic and Professional Standards Policy for the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program. Each year all Pharm.D. students are required to read the entire document as well as read and sign Appendix A page 4. This signature page is to be submitted to and kept on file in the Office of Student Services. This policy has also been saved in a PDF format. Please click here to view the document.
