Exam Schedule for Spring Semester (P-1,2,3): The Spring semester schedule for exams and major papers/projects may be viewed at http://www.hsc.wvu.edu/sop/students/Registration_Schedules/Spring2007/2007_Calendars/index.html .

Live Band Fans (P-1,2,3,4): Two pharmacy alumni (Ike Litton and Mike Mastrantoni, class of 2006) are members of Satchel Brown, a local band that plays a variety of rock music. They have their first CD coming out this Saturday and will be playing at Gibbies starting at 10 PM and would welcome all music-loving pharmacy students to be there. Ike sings lead and Mike plays bass.

NACDS Foundation Awards (P-1,2,3): Each year the NACDS Foundation awards scholarships to pharmacy students. This year they will be offering 60 schoalrships on a nationwide basis. For details see attached.

Walgreens East Tennessee Tours (P3,4): Walgreens still has openings for tours of their East Tennesse stores and region. See attached for details.

Student Service and Civic Engagement Conference (P-1,2,3): Students looking to pick up one more credit hour this semester or who are interested in learning more about domestic and global service learning opportunities are invited to check out the updated workshop and conference schedule (February) at http://cce.wvu.edu. Students will be registered for SRVL 293A when they submit the registration packet available online. The students can call 293-8761 and speak to Brett White for more information.

Learning Center Grand Opening (P-1,2,3,4): A reminder that all students are invited to attend tomorrow's Grand Opening Celebration of the new HSC Learning Center, 4- 6 PM.

Summer Undergraduate Research Program (P-1,2): The University of Kansas Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry is offering a summer research program for up to 7-9 students for the summer of 2007. See poster on the Student Services bulletin board (across from the Cook-Hayman Museum) fo details.
