Kappa Psi St. Patrick's Day Social (P-1,2,3,4): Kappa Psi is sponsoring a St. Patrick's Day get together this Saturday, March 15 from 8-11 PM at Gibbies, including appetizers and a live band. Entry charge is $2 for members, $4 for non-members. See Kate Dobson, Olivia Grantham or Hollie Burdette for tickets. Phi Lambda Sigma Tote Bags (P-1,2,3,4): PLS is selling WVU School of Pharmacy tote bags. The bags are navy canvas with gold lettering (10.5" x 14" x 5"). The logo that will be used can be found on the attached order form. Cost is $10 per bag. Checks can be made out to Phi Lambda Sigma. Deadline to order is Friday, April 4th. RUN FOR COVER 5K (P-1,2,3,4): The American Medical Association and the American Medical Women's Association will be holding the annual Run for Cover 5k fundraiser to benefit the Bartlett House on Sunday March 16 @ 2:00pm. www.runforcover5k.net . The registration fee is $20. It is a great cause AND you get community service hours for participating and/or helping with the event. Relay for Life Bake Sale (P-1,2,3,4): There will be a bake sale and capsule count fundraiser March 17,18, and 19th outside the cafeterias to benefit Relay for Life. We will need plenty of volunteers to bring baked goods and to sit at the tables. Anyone can bake and bring goods to earn community service hours. Please wrap everything individually to a value of $0.50. Don't be afraid to "Chase the Rainbow" and decorate your baked charms in St. Patty's Day fashion. A reminder that P-2's have two semesters left within which to complete the elctive requirements. |
