For the 2010 Applicant

	This web page has been designed as another method of communication that the Admissions Committee and the WVU School of Pharmacy Office of Student Services can have with applicants. We will make a note of any updates or timely information regarding the 2010 application process. We have also linked to the FAQ's regarding our program and we encourage students to read over this information. For applicants who need to submit additional letters of recommendation:
	Letter of Recommendation Instructions/Waiver Form Completed waiver and recommendation forms should be mailed to: Committee on Admissions WVU School of Pharmacy P.O. Box 9500 Morgantown, WV 26506-9500 You will need to have Adobe Reader 5.0 or higher installed on your computer in order to open the Instructions/Waiver and Recommendation Forms. If you do not have it installed, you can download the free software from Adobe's Web site at http://www.adobe.com.
	Recommendation Form REMINDER: the deadline for all letters of recommendations is December 1, 2009.
