METI - PediaSIM
METI recognizes the minute but crucial differences that make pediatric medicine uniquely challenging – distinctions in anatomy, reactions to drugs, types of injuries and underlying physical conditions. Just as the HPS relies on highly precise computer modeling of human physiology and pharmacology, the PediaSim operates on the basis of delicately calibrated mathematical equations that reflect those of the pediatric patient.
METI - BabySIM
The BabySIM makes it possible to prepare learners for interaction with our most vulnerable patients—in a safe, realistic learning environment. Intricate details such as realistic touch and feel, clinched fists and a loving layer of baby fat help create an appropriate representation of a three- to six-month old infant. The educational value of the BabySIM is summed up in the fact that critical care interventions—such as infant CPR, airway management, drug administration and defibrillation, to name a few—can be practiced on the simulator, better preparing healthcare professionals for critical events involving infants.

Nursing Anne VitalSim Advanced Simulator
Nursing Anne is a manikin designed for scenario-based training for the care and management of a wide variety of in-hospital patients. Nursing Anne is an efficient, effective, flexible manikin for clinical training in women’s health, obstetrics, post-partum, wound assessment and care, and general patient assessment and care.
Anatomical openings for gastric tube insertion as well as various ostomy and chest tube openings for site care and maintenance. Subclavian IV and Trach opening for tube placement and care, intramuscular injections are possible. Interchangeable female and male genitalia for urinary and enema procedures.
VitalSim simulates ECGs, heart sounds, fetal heart sounds, breath sounds, bowel sounds, blood pressure and pulses. VitalSim also allows instructors to run pre-programmed scenarios as well as write their own custom scenarios to meet their specific learning objectives.

Cricoid pressure changes the position of the trachea and closes the esophagus, allowing realistic practice of the Sellick maneuver. Larry has a slightly anterior position, swelling tongue, and vocal cords allowing introductory as well as advanced training.
Simulaids Critical Airway Management Trainer
This very difficult intubation head, coupled with the CPR torso, supplies the challenges for initiating respiratory care to the critical patient. By using the features of tongue swelling and laryngospasm the instructor creates a critical airway management problem that requires the student to perform cricothyrotomy. In addition, two external and one internal bleeding wounds demand attention with suctioning and bleeding control.
