USE OF PATIENT SIMULATION IN PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING FOR FIRST-YEAR MEDICAL STUDENTS

Dr. Mary Wimmer and faculty from the PBL program and STEPS recently published a journal article about how problem based learning (PBL) simulation sessions were developed at WVU.  The journal, Medical Science Educator is the journal of the International Association of Medical Science Educators.  The journal has been published online, but has not been assigned an issue for print.  You can view the article at http://link.springer.com/journal/40670/onlineFirst/page/1
