Description

Develop, implement, evaluate, and then disseminate novel interventions to reduce the health disparities associated with substance abuse, including concomitant tobacco and opioid use cessation, and reduction of HIV/HepC/OD among ‘persons who inject drugs’ (PWID)
Phase one: Chestnut Ridge Center - Monongalia County and Cabin Creek Health Systems - Kanawha County
Phase two: United Summit Center - Harrison County and Southern Highlands Center - Mercer, McDowell, and Wyoming Counties
