Telepsychiatry Outpatient Clinics


The WVU Telepsychiatry Program provides outpatient psychiatric services for patients living in rural, underserved counties throughout West Virginia.   Improving West Virginia’s mental health system by improving access to underserved areas is the primary goal of the WVU Telepsychiatry Program.

Outpatient Services include:
  • Adult & Child Psychiatry Services
  • Comprehensive Opioid Addiction Treatment (C.O.A.T)

Established Clinic Locations include:

  • Appalachian Community Mental Health Center, Randolph County
  • Healthways, Brooke County (Estimated start in August 2014)
  • Logan-Mingo Mental Health, Logan & Mingo County
  • Pressley Ridge- White Oak, Wood County
  • Prestera Center, Clay & Putnam County
  • Southern Highlands Mental Health, McDowell & Mercer County
  • Westbrook Health Services, Roane & Jackson County
  • Youth Health Services, Barbour, Pocahontas, Randolph, Tucker, Upshur County
