Annual Enrollment Information:

OPEN HOUSE MEETINGS SCHEDULE

Representatives from the UHA Benefits Office will be available to "Open House" sessions at three Morgantown locations.  Please feel free to drop in at your convenience or you can call us too: Dave x343 and Angie x337.  We hope to see you there!!

Open Enrollment open houses are planned for:

·  November 6, Harpers Ferry Family Medicine, 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

·  November 9, Health Science Center John Jones Conf Room 3, 8:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.

·  November 12, Scott Avenue HR Conference Room 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

·  November 17, Physician Office Center Conf Rooms 4C, 8:00 a.m. - Noon.

·  November 23, Health Science Center John Jones Conf Room A, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

·  December 2, Physician Office Center Conf Room 4C, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

·  December 15, Physician Office Center Conf Room 4C, 8:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend an employee open house, screening appointments can also be scheduled with Lana Bunner at Employee Health by calling 598-4000, ext. 7-3083.
