University Health Associates wants to make life a little easier for you when looking for employment.  For our applicants, we have developed a downloadable Application and Update Form for your convenience.  For our current employees, we have added a downloadable version of the Transfer/Promotion form.  All of these can be completed and emailed back to us as an attachment to: UHAemployment@rcbhsc.wvu.edu

We will be providing online entry for these forms in the future.

If selected for an interview in Human Resources, you may be required to complete additional paperwork, at that time.
