P. Kay Nottingham Chaplin, Ed.D.
Until November 2008 Kay served as the VIC Program Director. She helped the program gain national recognition and spearheaded the training of over 1,600 screeners to date. Her tireless endeavors have led to several special recognitions and publications for the VIC program. Currently the VIC program is seeking funding to continue its mission to promote effective early childhood vision screening.
