About Our Program

Mountaineer Doctor TeleVision (MDTV) was established in 1992 to better serve rural West Virginians through the advancements in technology.

MDTV is a secured independent telehealth network delivering telehealth and videoconferencing services to several facilities throughout the state of West Virginia.

Our staff works directly with WVU departments to expand and enhance community outreach and education initiatives by utilizing various video conferencing technologies.
