Moving Pages

As you create new pages, or are reviewing your pre-existing pages, moving pages can be a useful tool. Moving a page allows you to move a singular page (group of pages, if the targeted page has pages under it) anywhere within the site; not to be confused with  Sorting Pages, which allows you to re-order a set of pages.

Moving a Page #

  1. Right click on the page you want to move. Note: If you are unable to right click, you can also open the page and click the purple "Actions" drop down from the top right corner.
  2. Click  Move.
  3. To the right of the page listing, a duplicate listing will appear. Click on the page you want to move your page under (also known as a "parent" page, one level above where you want the page moved to). The icon of the "parent" page you choose will change to a  green check mark.
  4. Click Save. Note: To see your changes reflect in the page listing, you may need to refresh.
