A wellness workshop designed to reduce stress from your life! By understanding the origin and nature of stress, you can learn to understand stress as a voluntary experience, rather than an inevitable result of “stressful” circumstances. Discover how to use the innate resources we already have to reduce stress!
When: Arranged for small groups and/or departments at their convenience.
Fee: Group rates established according to plans for each workshop.
