Infostation Slide Requests
Easel displays are being phased out at Health Sciences, due to limited space and being a hazard. Infostation screens are placed around the Health Sciences campus and are great ways to raise awareness of an event or important happening at Health Sciences. They last roughly 8-to-10 seconds on screen, so information must be concise.
Please note: If this is an event listing that applies to a smaller audience, placing the event on the WVU Calendar will feed through to the Infostations and through the appropriate Health Sciences school websites, and the main Health Sciences calendar page.
Health Sciences Announcements
Announcements for Health Sciences events and information may be submitted to appear on the HSC Intranet and tagged to distribute in HSC school's e-newsletters. All content must be submitted using this form.

These events appear campus-wide, and also on websites you tag that have calendars. They also appear on the Health Sciences main calendar page (they will need to be tagged appropriately).
