  • List what steps to take when a need has been identified
  • Identify the best possible approach for addressing each need
  • Recognize limitations for each approach within a rural setting
  • Discuss best suggestions for overcoming limitations
  • Implement best practices for advocating patients/clients based on specific challenges the individual is facing
  • Identify assessment strategies
  • Utilize templates for how to implement screening practices
  • Describe best practices for how to navigate patients/clients who have at least one need
