WVU Radiation Oncology team participates in Annual ASTRO meeting: Translating Discovery to Cure; with posters and oral presentations

ASTRO is the premier radiation oncology society in the world, with more than 10,000 members who are physicians, nurses, biologist, physicists, radiation therapists, dosimetrists and other health care professionals who specialize in treating patients with radiation therapies. 

Ramon Alfredo C. Siochi, PhD, DABR, FAAPM is the Associate Chair and the Director of Medical Physics of the Department of Radiation Oncology at West Virginia University Medicine was selected to give an oral presentation: Improving Interconnectivity and Intra operability in radiation oncology; IHE-RO Initiative.
