Rural Housing
The West Virginia University Institute for Community and Rural Health provides housing in communities where health sciences students conduct rural rotations. Non-West Virginia University students or their programs are charged a fee per week for utilization of the housing.
Housing requests are approved on a first-come, first-served basis. We almost always have a bedroom available in Keyser, Grantsville, Petersburg, Spencer, Oak Hill, Welch, Berkeley Springs and Point Pleasant.
A two-bed, one-bath is now available in Montgomery!
