Deadline for Conflict of Interest and Disclosure CBL completion extended until Feb. 26

The 2020 Conflict of Interest and Disclosure CBL has been assigned to all employees and contracted employees of WVUHS, WVUH, and UHA and is available in NetLearning. The completion deadline has been extended until Wednesday, Feb. 26.

The Conflict of Interest and Disclosure CBL has been assigned to accommodate the growing diversity of the organization and the potential that any employee could have a potential conflict related to outside activities.

Per WVUHS, WVUH, and UHA policy, all providers and employees/contractors are required to complete an annual Conflict of Interest and Disclosure statement and report any potential conflicts that may have occurred during the previous calendar year.

Failure to complete this mandatory Conflict of Interest and Disclosure requirement by Feb. 26 could result corrective action per the WVUHS Corrective Action and Discharge Policy – V.230S.
