Conflict of Interest Disclosure CBL available

The required 2019 Conflict of Interest Disclosure CBL will be available for completion beginning Monday, Jan. 14.

The 2019 Conflict of Interest and Disclosure CBL is assigned to all regular and contract employees of UHA and WVUH, and is available in NetLearning. The CBL must be completed by Friday, Feb. 15.

The UHA and WVUH conflict of interest policy requires all employees, including providers, to complete an annual Conflict of Interest and Disclosure statement and report any potential conflicts that may have occurred during the previous calendar year.
