Deadline to complete Conflict of Interest Disclosure CBL is today

The 2021 Conflict of Interest and Disclosure CBL has been assigned to all employees and contracted employees of the WVU Health System and UHA and is available in NetLearning. The completion deadline is Monday, Feb. 15.

The Conflict of Interest Disclosure is intended to shed light on any potential activities by employees and board members that may pose a potential conflict of interest. Many relationships can be subject to conflict-of-interest disclosure policies. Even if the relationships are legal, you may have an obligation to disclose their existence.

Rules about disclosing and managing conflicts of interest come from various sources, including the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Office of Inspector General (OIG), the state, grants, and research.
