Dietetic interns to hold events to mark National Nutrition Month

The WVU Medicine dietetic interns have planned a variety of activities to celebrate National Nutrition Month in March. This year’s theme is “Go Further with Food.”

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics encourages more mindful, healthful eating this month, with a focus on food preparation and reducing waste.

There will be presentations in the Ruby Cafeteria each Friday during March, as well as employee recipe contests and healthy snack demonstrations.

Keep an eye out for the “Stall Talk” flyers posted in employee restrooms and be sure to talk with the dietetic interns on Fridays for more information about other activities throughout the month.
