Employees have until Saturday at 2 a.m. to complete engagement survey

The 2018 WVU Medicine employee engagement surveys launched Monday, July 9, and the participation deadline is quickly approaching.The deadline is Saturday, Aug. 11 (at 2 a.m.).

While some WVU Medicine hospitals, including J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, have conducted similar surveys in the past, this is the first system-wide employee engagement survey. Employees at all eight WVU Medicine hospitals will be asked to participate.

An engagement survey gives you the opportunity to share your opinions about working here. We want to know what’s working well – and areas of opportunity for change. Your feedback will help us become a better place for employees to work, physicians to practice medicine, and patients to receive care. It will drive change within the organization to build an engaged, patient-centered culture.

The survey is being conducted by Press Ganey, an organization with more than 30 years’ experience supporting healthcare providers and organizations. Using a third-party vendor to conduct the survey ensures that all survey responses are completely confidential.
