Update: Improved access to MModal Fluency Direct part of Epic update

On Saturday, Aug. 15, WVU Medicine Information Technology will conduct an Epic update. This release will include new features and enhancements.

Along with the upgrade, IT will be able to offer M*Modal’s Fluency Direct (voice recognition) software via the remote access portal. This will allow users to use voice recognition with Epic when connected remotely on Windows and Mac computers.
