February Faculty Arrivals

COMMUNITY PRACTICE
Michael Moorehead, MD and Malcolm Louden, MD are new WVU Medicine faculty in the Division of Community Practice at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. The two neurologists were both formerly with Parkersburg Neurological Associates.

EMERGENCY MEDICINE
John Fischer, DO joins the Department of Emergency Medicine at Grant Memorial Hospital. He formerly practiced at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital.

HEART AND VASCULAR INSTITUTE
Paul McCarthy, MD joins the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute as Director of HVI Critical Care. He was formerly an assistant professor and cardiac intensivist at the University of Maryland.
Veena Nandwani, MD joins the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute critical care service. She was formerly an assistant professor and cardiac intensivist at the University of Maryland.
John Lobban, MD joins the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute’s cardiology team. He trained at WVU, completing cardiology and electrophysiology fellowships.
