Festival of Trees set for Nov. 11-12

Friends of WVU Hospitals will host its annual Festival of Trees Saturday, Nov. 11, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 12, from 2-4 p.m. at Stepping Stones at Mylan Park in Morgantown.

All net proceeds from this family-friendly event will benefit patient care and comfort initiatives at WVU Medicine-WVU Hospitals.

Tickets are $50 for a family of four or $15 for individuals. The cost includes most activities and light refreshments. Some of the activities include: decorating gingerbread cookies, making ornaments and reindeer food, creating sand art, and photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Monti Bear will make an appearance and there will be musical entertainment. 

Friends Gift Shop is giving away two family passes (admittance for four with each pass). Visit the Gift Shop on the first floor of J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital to register for the drawing. The winners will be announced on Sunday, Nov. 5. For more details, view the flyer.
