The workshop will include a demonstration of healthy food recipes; a physical activity to benefit health and self-management of diabetes; and a presentation by Sarah Rice, St. Joseph’s Hospital dietitian, on living well with diabetes. It is open to those with diabetes or those who cook for individuals with diabetes.
The series will continue on Oct. 25, Nov. 1, and Nov. 8 with a follow-up session scheduled for Feb. 14, 2017.
