Greg Schaefer, DO, FACS co-authors chapter for Fundamentals of Critical Care

Greg Schaefer, DO, FACS has co-authored a chapter and is curriculum developer for the soon to be released Fundamentals of Critical Care Support (FCCS) - Surgery Course offered by the Society of Critical Care Medicine. The inaugural course will be given in February 2020 at the 49th Critical Care Congress in Orlando, FL. FCCS trains providers worldwide in the assessment and early management of critical illness. This course will be directed to critical access facilities to train Hospitalists and Emergency Physicians to better recognize and begin managing emergent surgical conditions and complications.
