Health Sciences graduates invited to participate in Multicultural Graduation Celebration

Health Sciences students who will graduate in the Spring, Summer or Fall 2020 are invited to participate in the Multicultural Graduation Celebration. 

Hosted by West Virginia University Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the ceremony intentionally highlights and honors culture and celebrates diversity. 

The 2020 Multicultural Graduation Celebration is set for Tuesday, April 28 at 5 p.m. in the Mountainlair Blue Ballroom. 

All multicultural students of WVU who are graduating in Spring, Summer or Fall 2020 will be individually recognized for their academic and social accomplishments. Participants will also receive a cultural stole to wear over their graduation robe during the official commencement ceremonies. 

Graduates who wish to be recognized must RSVP. Registration is required by Friday, March 27. Faculty and staff who wish to assist with placing stoles on graduates are invited to participate as well.
