Huntington Herald-Dispatch WVU Projects land $328K from Benedum Foundation

The Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation has donated $328,000 toward four projects at West Virginia University. 
WVU’s Center for Healthy Practitioners Program, meanwhile, is getting an additional $75,000to help cross-train health sciences students in disease prevention tactics. 
And a $62,000 grant goes to the Southern West Virginia Lifestyles Project in Wyoming County.  It’s developing training modules to promote stress reduction, smoking cessation, diet and exercise, prenatal care and adolescent health.
