IT service for Clinical Help Desk is expanding services

Effective, Tuesday Oct. 22, WVU Medicine's Information Technology Clinical Help Desk will begin taking calls from nursing staff (e.g., RNs, LPNs, MAs) and ancillary staff (e.g., PT, OT, speech, respiratory, care management), who work in ambulatory and inpatient areas.

Nursing and ancillary staff performing Epic workflows in an ambulatory or inpatient setting may now call 304-598-4357, Option 2, to ask workflow questions or report issues.

For other computer and login issues outside of Epic, please call the Enterprise Help Desk at 304-598-4357 and remain on the line for the next available technician.
