The website for the online programs has changed.

WVU Medicine employees who are completing a Health Management Program through The Wellness Program need to use a new website to access the online programs.

The change is due to the transition from Geisinger Health Plan to Highmark as WVU Medicine's third-party administrator of its health insurance plans.

The new website is: Employees can use the same username and password that they used to access the online health risk assessment on the Geisinger Health Plan website.

Employees can use this website until April 1, which is the deadline for WVU Medicine employees to complete a Health Management Program. There are 18 online programs, including tobacco cessation. 

The Health Management Programs are for WVU Medicine non-union employees, as well as covered spouses of union employees, who fully participated in the benefit re-enrollment wellness screenings and who fell into the silver category (premium rate 1) due to having at least one measured value outside of the normal limits. In order to stay at the silver rate, these employees and spouses must complete a Health Management Program before April 1. If not completed in this time frame, insurance premium rates will move to the bronze category (standard rate).
